What Is Core DAO?

Unique to Core Chain is the Satoshi Plus consensus mechanism, combining Delegated Proof of Work (DPoW) from Bitcoin miners with Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) to provide robust security and decentralization.

Core DAO's unique design uses Bitcoin miners' hash power to enhance the security of its blockchain, offering Bitcoin miners supplemental rewards while requiring minimal additional resources.

Leveraging Bitcoin’s Security

Core received an audit of its token contracts by CertiK in October 2022. The scope included the Ethereum token-related contracts, with 4 files audited in total. Aside from a highlighted centralized risk there were no major findings and the Core team resolved the open issues.

Core has an upcoming bug bounty program offering rewards up to $500,000 for critical blockchain or smart contract bugs, and up to $200,000 for critical website or application bugs.
