Unreal Finance is an Ethereum-based platform that offers unrealized yield futures for users to earn fixed interest rates instantly through lending and borrowing. The platform uses a smart contract, and UGT is the governance token enabling its community to make proposals regarding integrations with partners, fee decisions, grants, and expansion. UGT has no circulating supply yet, and it raised almost $3 million in seed, strategic, and private rounds, with a max supply of 200 million. UGT will be available on UniSwap after the IDO launch on August 23. The project is led by CEO and founder Ishan Garg and blockchain engineer Jatin Jain.
