ROPE is a decentralized ecosystem built on the Solana platform that introduces a "market volatility index" to the cryptocurrency market. The ecosystem includes ROPE and ROPEV tokens, with the latter providing a De-Fi-based greed/fear index for the De-Fi market. The index is proportional to the liquidity in major liquidity pools, and a mechanism is included to change the ROPEV index LPs as time passes.
